To acknowledge the philanthropic contributions from its generous community, Scripps Research hosted a campus-wide donor celebration on September 17, 2022.

Donors were invited to hear firsthand from faculty members who have channeled philanthropic support into major breakthroughs across the biomedical sciences, ranging from vaccine design and autoimmune disease to depression and maternal health.

The celebration captured the impact that donors have had on advancing basic and translational research, and the vital importance of private philanthropy in the non-profit setting.
