Li Ye, PhD, associate professor in the Departments of Neuroscience and Molecular Medicine and the Abide-Vividion Chair in Chemistry and Chemical Biology, has been named a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Investigator. Investigators are widely recognized for their creativity and research accomplishments. Ye’s research focuses on understanding the brain’s role in regulating our metabolisms, and how the central nervous system adapts to stress and the impact on the rest of the body’s physiology.
